Select "Virtual Visit."

Step 3: Date and time selection
Select an available date and time (Eastern Time).

Step 4: Contact and insurance details
Enter your contact, insurance, and payment details. Have your ID and insurance card ready to upload.

Step 5: Email confirmation
Watch for an email confirmation. It contains the video-visit link and your intake form—please complete it at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Fill out your new patient intake form.
Test your camera, microphone, and internet connection. See help center for detailed instructions.
Reschedule or cancel with the link in your email at least 24 hours ahead to avoid fees.
